You may be struggling with life events, with anxiety or depression, or wish to get to know yourself better and make changes. I can help you get to the bottom of things and ultimately feel more at ease with yourself.
My approach is to take your lead, helping you to explore the topics you bring to counselling and offering useful coping strategies.
Please get in touch with any questions, or to book an initial session where we can discuss what you’d like to get out of counselling and you can decide whether I’m the right counsellor for you.
I can offer appointments by phone, Skype or Zoom, as well as face-to-face from my practice in Church Road, Hove, East Sussex.
