I am a counselling psychologist and psychotherapist in private practice in Canary Wharf (E14). I am recognised by the UK’s leading professional organisations for counselling and psychotherapy, the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) as well the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapists (UKCP) and I am a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), the governing body for psychologists and the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). I combine my leaning towards professional accomplishment with a down-to-earth and approachable manner in working with clients. I have worked clincially in a number of settings and with clients from a variety of backgrounds and presenting difficulties. These settings have spanned hospital contexts, not-for-profit organisations as well as private practice. I currently work with leading insurance and Employee Assistance Programmes to meet the high-quality service demands of their corporate clients. I am a recognised by Aviva, AXA PPP, Bupa and Cigna. I also accept GP referrals in Tower Hamlets and am experienced in working with a diversity of concerns. I am also very pleased to hear from private individuals considering entering counselling and so I have endeavoured to make my practice as accessible as possible in terms of affordability, disability and diversity.
