Hi! I am Emmajane and I am a Counsellor based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. I work with Young people and Adults of all ages to help them to understand and work through any life concerns they are experiencing.
The type of counselling I offer is integrative, this means I use a variety of therapy models to work with my clients, I like to work this way as each client is an individual and that means each clients concerns are unique to them.
I work face to face with my clients and offer short term and long term work.
I volunteer with CRUSE bereavement working with children, young people and adults. I have previously been a Student Counsellor in a secondary school,as well as having my own Private practice. I have worked with clients (up to the age of 102) dealing with a variety of issues.
Contacting a counsellor for the first time can feel a little scary. I pride myself on making this process as comfortable as possible for you and offer a confidential, non- judgemental,safe space to speak openly. I offer an initial session half price (1st session £20) as this gives you the chance to discover if I’m the right counsellor to work with.

Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling (Ad Dip PC) Diploma in Counselling (Dip CST) Hypnotherapy (CERT HYP CS) Bereavement support (CRUSE) Bereavement Support Children and Young People (CRUSE) I continue to gain CPD regularly.

I am a qualified counsellor and registered with National Counselling Society. MEMBERSHIP NUMBER NCS16-03140 MEMBERSHIP GRADE Accredited

Fees:

I offer an initial session £20. (45 minutes) This is a session for us to discuss what you would like from counselling and how best to move forward. It gives you the opportunity to see how I work and if that feels right for you. Further sessions are £40 (60 minutes)
