I appreciate that searching for the right therapist isn’t an easy thing to do and sometimes it’s hard to know what exactly to look for.  
 
If you are interested in working with me, you may like to know that my approach is compassionate, open and goal focussed. I am here to listen to you and support you in achieving understanding and change towards meaningful growth. Sometimes there is a clear goal to work on form the outset, at other times, it takes a while to understand difficulties and how to work forward.
 
I see a range of clients as I have vast experience from my various posts in the NHS and private work and also supervise other psychologists and counsellors in both my NHS work and private practice. I work with adults and young people. 
 
I enjoy using a range of models to achieve change, such as CBT, EMDR, CFT, ACT and mindfulness. I will talk to you openly about the approach we could use and tailor it to your needs in order to achieve maximum gain from our therapeutic time together.

Fees:

£110 – initial assessment and therapy sessions per clinical hour.

Terms and Conditions: Clinics online only at the moment. Please contact me on 07950 175 874 or use the contact form on www.psychologistinsurrey.com to arrange a session. Fees should be paid before or at session by bank transfer. Late or missed sessions without 72 hours cancellation will be charged at the full cost.
