Those strategies include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Psychodynamic Counselling and Solution Focussed Therapy. I work with clients for either a fixed number of sessions or an open ended basis. An important part of this work is our initial discussion about which technique will best fit with the needs of each individual client. I recognise the importance of providing a safe therapeutic environment with secure boundaries which will allow clients to work in the way which is most helpful to them. Confidential face to face counselling sessions are held in comfortable offices in central Chichester close to ample parking and public transport. I also offer sessions through Skype.
