I am a Registered member of the (BACP)British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapies for over 18years using the Humanistic Model involving Psychodynamic method and Integrative Theories. I work with clients who are struggling to cope with their Mental Health Issues so that they can deal with the trauma that they are experiencing. I am qualified in supporting clients who have been or are experiencing any Sexual Abuse and Domestic Violence. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help clients change their thinking in order to understand their reasoning behind the Gambling, Pornography, drink and drugs Addiction. I use the Rewind Technique which is a non-intrusive, safe and highly effective psychological method for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). I offer sessions using Face2Face and Skype at times and hours that is convenient to both of us. I charge £40.00 per session but if finances are a problem please contact me and we can discuss arrangements. Fees:

£40.00 individuals per session. £50.00 couples per session.
Terms and Conditions: Some of the circumstances where disclosure is required or may be required by law are: where a client presents a danger to self, or to others. If you arrive late for your session, we will still need to finish at the correct time as I may have another client to see after your session. Also, if you are running late, I appreciate it if you can text or phone me to let me know.
