My Services:

The counselling service I offer is to work you to deal with feelings of a dissatisfied life or struggling with difficult emotions, such as: anxiety, depression, anger, jealousy, guilt or shame. If you are struggling to cope with difficult life events, such as bereavement, loss or abuse or low self-esteem, lack of confidence. If you are finding it difficult to change destructive behaviours such as  over eating,  gambling, alcohol, drugs, pornography  addictions this is affecting your relationships. Counselling can help to make sense of the problems and explore options to find a solution. The tremendous value of talking through problems, thoughts and feelings with a Counsellor who has the experience, training and expertise I will  help you create a plan to turn your life around. I am Professionally Qualified and Registered based in Liverpool, with over 20 years’ experience supporting individuals and couples, on a short-term and long-term basis. Sessions take in a professional and confidential environment each sessions is 60 minutes, face to face, telephone and  Skype/Zoom. £40 per individual and £50 per couple.

Terms and Conditions: A single therapy session usually takes place weekly or twice weekly and lasts for an hour at the same time, but this may be negotiated according to need and circumstances. While confidentiality is essential, it is not absolute, and there are exceptions. In very few extreme circumstances, it might be necessary for me to pass on information. This would only be if there were a substantial possibility of serious harm to yourself or others or if I were legally impelled to impart information
