My name is Lisa and I am a counsellor with decades of experience of grief and loss, a great foundation for all issues experienced in life, first comes loss then all things follow. Depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, loneliness, pre bereavement, bereavement, dementia care, eating disorders, self harm, suicidal thoughts. I offer a safe space to talk without judgement or preference to allow my clients to explore, acknowledge, allow and accept change into their lives.
