I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist trained in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT). I work with a range of clients providing brief and longer term therapy to address relational and emotional issues. Some clients are dealing with specific issues of disability, illness or bereavement in their families, others manage difficult patterns in their relationships with others and/or in their own moods and behaviours. I see some people leaving or recovering from difficult or abusive relationships. Always we try to trace back relational patterns that have stopped the client from realising their full potential and seek to identify ways of moving on.
Usually I see my patients face to face but during the Corona virus crisis I am working online.
I am registered with major private health insurers.
