My name is Ian Martin and I’m an accredited (AREBT and NCS) psychotherapist with practices in Central, South and South-West London. I’m also a Senior Lecturer with The College of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies in Central London (www.ccbttherapies.org.uk). I see clients at the Priory Hospital in Roehampton (priorygroup.com), and in private practise in Central London. I’m also a full member of the BABCP. Depression and anxiety are the two most common emotional problems that people seek help with, and both of these conditions respond well to CBT/REBT, and also to Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), together with various other approaches to psychotherapy. Seeking help can often be difficult, but it is the first step toward getting better.
