Hi! My name is Julie and I am an integrative psychotherapist and supervisor from South Birmingham.
I work face to face as well as online.
I work with people from all walks of life and specialise in the hospitality industry. It can be a tough shout and after spending 25 years I can understand where you are coming from and the stresses associated with it.

I have various qualifications including my level 4 Counselling and Therapeutic Practice, level 6 Therapeutic Counselling Supervision and a degree in law.
I worked in the hospitality industry for 25 years and loved every minute of it (anyone who works in hospitality or retail knows its a love hate but love all the same!). I have recently written a paper on the hospitality industry and mental health and what needs to be done, what can be done and what should be done!
I undertake regular CPD (Continuing Professional Development) throughout the year and have attended training on topics such as: An intro to Art Psychotherapy Domestic Abuse Awareness CPCAB Standardisation day RSVP – Rape and Sexual Violence Training TA – Working with ego states Creative Writing Leadership Suicide Prevention Dream Workshop.
I am also a qualified tutor and currently teach counselling qualifications levels 2, 3 and 4.
I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Membership No: 382109) and a member of the National Counselling Society (membership No: NCS16-03321) .
