I offer individual and group therapy sessions in central Brighton. I work from a humanistic philosophical stance – which means I believe in the human capacity for change when the right conditions are facilitated. I work in several different ways – exploratory, goal focussed or psycho-education. Each way of working introduces new ways of understanding your self in the world and in relationship to others.

In addition to private practice, I’ve worked as an honorary psychotherapist in an NHS service, a counsellor in a organisation that works with families and carers of substance users and within an academic institution. All clinical placements explored areas of anxiety, loss, depression, loneliness and resilience in the face of tragedy and trauma.
