My Services:

More than a year has passed since the pandemic changed all of our lives.  There is still so much uncertainty and unease around and this is incredibly unsettling and worrying. Your priorities and way of life may have changed and this in turn might be affecting you in varied and often conflicting and confusing ways. If you are experiencing physical symptoms such as headaches, IBS, joint pain or fibromyalgia, your body may be literally carrying or holding the weight of your anxiety. We can consider whether a more holistic approach will help you – exploring the connection between your physical symptoms and your anxiety. I can support you to look at aspects of your life and help you to identify patterns, develop strategies and further insight and perspective to resolve personal issues and find new ways forward. I can support you to look at aspects of your life and help you to identify patterns, develop strategies and further insight and perspective to resolve personal issues and find new ways forward. I am an experienced face-to-face and online psychotherapist and counsellor, currently working exclusively online, mainly via video and telephone. I use a variety of platforms, such as Zoom, to best suit your needs. I am currently working exclusively online and by telephone. I am experienced in both face-to-face and online therapy, and understand that this can seem a daunting process. You are welcome to contact me by phone, text or secure email with any questions or concerns you have. Please contact me for a free 20 minute initial session so that we can discuss how I can best support you. I welcome the opportunity to work with you as we explore what life is like for you: exploring ways to cope with your challenges, and understanding and developing your way of being. As a humanistic and integrative therapist, I have a flexible and holistic approach, tailoring your therapy to your personal circumstances and needs as a unique individual.

How I work

I welcome the opportunity to work alongside you as we explore what life is like for you; exploring ways to cope with your challenges, and understanding and developing your way of being. I am a humanistic and integrative therapist, which means that I have a flexible and holistic approach, tailoring your therapy to your personal circumstances and needs as a unique individual. Working at your own pace, I aim to support you in making sense of your life, understanding and developing your way of being, and enabling you to perceive how you relate to others and the world. When we meet for the first time, we will discuss why you are seeking therapy, and whether it is for you. We may then agree to meet weekly, either for a limited number of sessions, or for an open ended period. I provide therapy to adults, from young to the third age.
