Hi, my name is Lisa, and I help people who find they are feeling stuck in some way and struggling to express this. You may find that you are feeling limited in how you engage in and relate to everyday life or a specific event. Together we can work to help you find a deeper sense of connection, acceptance and understanding of yourself and the world around you. Most often you know what it is you need to heal and you have the answers within you or know where to find them. I am here to hold a safe space for you to express yourself and take time to hear and trust your inner wisdom.
Therapy can be an incredibly life affirming and transformational journey. You have taken this courageous step towards finding help, and there are many therapists out there so it can feel a bit overwhelming at times-trust you instinct, go with the profiles you feel drawn to-it is important you find a therapist that is a good fit for you.

I currently offer face to face sessions on Wednesdays from Pershore, but mostly working online which has the advantage of us not being bound by geography.

We can work together both verbally and/or creatively and bring attention to an embodied awareness. The body and mind are intrinsically connected and having an awareness of how they work together can help us to experience more balance in our lives. The beauty about working creatively is that it enables us to find shift in areas where we are feeling stuck and bring new insight and ‘aha’ moments that we don’t always access when we are focusing on our experience verbally.
