Psychological therapy – As a Chartered Psychologist my approach is straightforward. I believe that psychological therapy is about giving people the space to manage difficulties and transform problems into personal growth. I hold the firm belief that every person is individual and has the potential to fully realise their unique qualities. As a Chartered Psychologist I use a range of evidence based strategies to tailor treatment to the needs of the individual. Whatever the presenting issue, I will provide a safe and validating environment to assess a client’s situation thoroughly, help identify goals and; tailor therapy to suit their individual needs. Coaching – In coaching sessions we can look at what might be obstacles in moving towards desired goals. In a collaborative process, we can explore making choices to effect change, develop strategies and implement solutions that result in optimal personal and professional performance. Stress Management Group – reducing stress in your everyday life is vital for maintaining your overall health, as it can improve your mood, boost immune function, promote longevity and allow you to be more productive.
