My Services:
I am an experienced, UKCP registered, psychotherapist and counsellor based in Bethnal Green and Hackney, East London. I work both in a short term, focused way to address specific issues, and on a longer term basis for more unresolved and historical matters. I specialise in working with difficult feelings and in creating a safe space where clients are able to explore their potential and make the changes necessary to continue or create fulfilling lives.
