My Services:
Knead4Calm is a massage therapy service based in Hove, East Sussex. 5 minutes walk from Hove Station. I offer clients the opportunity to reduce their aches and pains through massage therapy. I am qualified in Body Massage Level 3 and also completed training in Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Seated Chair Massage. I tailor each massage to meet the client’s needs, combining holistic massage sequences and remedial massage techniques to enable the client to relax and reduce stress and strain. I am a member of the Complementary Therapists Association CthA
