I offer integrative person-centred solution focused therapy, CBT, play/ children’s therapy (under 11s) and personal development coaching in a relaxed and supportive environment. For both therapy and coaching, I work in a ‘person-centred’ way, which is counselling speak for putting you at the centre of the work. There are no set agendas, and as you are the most important person in the relationship – your hour will be all about you, giving you the head-space to make sense of what is going on in your life. Being person-centred means that I will not judge you, but rather will enter your world to support you to make choices and changes to your thinking, emotions and actions. I offer empathy, not sympathy to empower you to gain clarity and growth. I work with both short term interventions and long term support depending on your requirements. I will work alongside you in a non-judgmental, confidential, empathic way which will allow you the time and space to make sense of and face whatever issues you have to enable you to move forward. I am based near Walsall Arboretum in a light, relaxing room. I have disabled access and ample, free parking. I also provide remote working (telephone, webcam and email) using secure platforms and fully encrypted emails.
