The Stephenson Centre is a private counselling and psychotherapy centre in Ipswich, offering counselling, psychotherapy and psychology services for a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. We see individuals, couples, children, teenagers and families and offer low cost counselling and CBT. Some of the difficulties we can help with include; anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement and loss, addictions, disordered eating, abuse, feelings of not coping, attachment difficulties. Our therapists are all registered with one of the national therapy organisations and many are qualified to masters degree level and doctorate level. We have a therapy services co-ordinator who will take your call and discuss what you are looking for to ensure you see the most appropriate therapist at a time which suits you – we have both male and female therapists.
We have qualified experienced therapists, newly qualified therapists and therapists in training who are on a clinical placement. Qualifications range from diploma, to Masters Degree to Doctorate level.

We offer low cost counselling and CBT for £15 per session with our trainee counsellors. Our qualified therapists fees range from; £40 to £80 per session.
