We hope that we’ve created a site that is simple to use, but if you have any questions for us please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

There are many resources on the Private Practice Hub that are available for you if you are not a member. These include the articles within the Practice Advice section.


However, becoming a member will give you additional benefits. There are two membership options: Standard membership (free) and Exclusive membership (£10 per year).


Please visit our membership page to view the list of benefits.


Exclusive membership is paid using our secure payment provider Go Cardless. At the end of your first 12 months, your next payment will be automatically taken. You can see how long you have been a member within your membership dashboard, once you have logged in.


 

Please visit this link and log in using the credentials you signed up with. From here you can manage your online profile with the Private Practice Hub.

If you would like to cancel your membership, please contact us 14 days before the next payment is due to be taken. You will also need to contact your bank to cancel the direct debit.


You can see how long you have been a member within your membership dashboard. 

Our website has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and/or alteration of your user data. Only specific authorised employees have access to your data that you have provided us with.


You are responsible for the security of your login email address and password, and should take care when storing them.


While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration to your information will not occur, we ensure every precaution has been put in place to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.

All data is stored securely, we will not allow our data to be shared by third parties unless you have requested more information on one of our business partner pages.

All offers will have been accessed and reviewed by the Private Practice Team together with the relevance to running a private practice.

Register to become an Exclusive member if you have not done so already, using the “Become a member” button, top right of home screen.


Log in to your account and on the left hand side of your member dashboard you will see an option to access our downloadable documents. These are available as Word, Excel, or PDF files.

Log into your account here. You will see an option to change your password.
