I am an extremely experienced psychotherapist working with a broad range of issues. These include depression, anxiety, addictions, eating disorders, grief and bereavement, fertility issues, professional, familial and relationship issues and marital/relationship and sexual difficulties, to name but a few. I also work with couples and provide supervision to other therapists. My objective is to help you live the life which is most authentic and satisfying to you, while exploring the difficult patterns and habits which prevent you from reaching your potential. Whether you come to therapy in a state of crisis or feel unhappy without quite knowing why, I will help you to understand yourselves in a way which will also enable you to make better choices. As I believe there is no One Size Fits All approach to therapy, Iwork differently with each client; as you are an individual, you deserve a therapy which is unique to you. Before we start on a committed course of therapy, I suggest you come for an initial session in which we can get a sense of how we work together before proceeding. This session is less than half of my asking fee and will also give us the opportunity of seeing whether we are a good fit. I work both in person and online.
Training, qualifications and experience:
Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy at Regents College (graduated with distinction.) Diploma in Supervision at Minster Centre
Professional memberships:
I am a longstanding member of both UKCP and BACP.
Fees:
I charge £75 an hour, though sometimes may work on a sliding scale. I charge only £35 for our initial session.
