You may be feeling stuck, wondering why you are finding it difficult to make a shift. Sharing those thoughts with someone can be the beginning you need to make some changes. I am committed to offering you with counselling/psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment, allowing you to discover your inner resources for the changes you feel would be useful. Self-awareness is the first step towards change. I work with teens, individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. I can support you to :

  • With Coping and coming to terms with bereavement and loss

  • Heal trauma and reduce stress
  • Come to terms with bereavement
  • Develop self esteem & improve confidence
  • Process distress resulting from childhood experiences I am fully insured and am a registered member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, UKATA (UK Association for Transactional Analysis), European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA) and International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA). I work in accordance with the Codes of Ethics and Professional Practice of these professional bodies and this includes having regular supervision with other experienced professional UKCP psychotherapists, and engaging in regular continued professional development training. I am located near Hartfield within easy access to Edenbridge, Withyham, East Grinstead, Crowborough, Uckfield and Rotherfield. My therapy room is in a tranquil, garden setting offering a safe, confidential environment.

 

Training, qualifications and experience:

Bachelors in Social Science Certificate in Art and Communication Diploma in Ceramics UKATA Diploma in Transactional Analysis Practice (Dip. TA Practice) – 4 year training BACP Bereavement Training with Cruse Trauma Training at Wealden Institute

Fees:

Individual £45 for 50 minute session Couples £60 for 75 minute session

Terms and Conditions: 48 hours notice for cancellation of appointments or full fee is due.
