I am a fully accredited MBACP therapist and have been working within the NHS and Privately for over 25 years.
I offer therapy session from my log cabin set in the beautiful tranquil and peaceful surroundings of Halesworth a historic Suffolk Market Town, away from the business and noise of everyday life.
In this space you can explore in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental way any concerns, difficulties or blocks you maybe experiencing that affects your private, personal, family or working life. My therapy is individualised for every client combining proven effective counselling techniques to help you make better sense and understandings of the issues affecting your health and wellbeing. I work with individuals, couples and children to promote transformation and balance.

I have taught at the Matrix Training Centre for Counsellors and at the University of East Anglia.I have also run training workshops for Psychiatrists, Doctors and Mental Health Workers. I also offer supervision to other clinicians. In 2001 I developed and ran the Great Yarmouth and Waveney Eating Disorder Service for over 10 years. Alongside my private practice, I work in the Fakenham Tier 3 Obesity Service offering psychological therapy for those who have problematic relationships with food or food addictions.
