My Services:
I offer counselling and psychotherapy to individuals. My expertise lies in Transactional Analysis, a humanistic psychotherapy using helpful techniques to help us understand communication and interpersonal reactions, as well as personality structure. Offer short term solution focused therapy and longer term exploratory psychotherapy addressing issues originating from deeper historical trauma. My aim is to support people to enhance their life skills and reach a fulfilling sense of contentment.

£70 per session for counselling or psychotherapy
£70 per session for clinical supervision
