Hello, my name’s Anne-Marie, I’m a Clinical Psychologist specialising in helping adults and teens 15+. I’ve worked extensively with people experiencing anxiety and helped them adapt to transitions and achieve life goals. I have over 15 yrs experience in the NHS and I offer a friendly and approachable private Clinical Psychology service. My focus is on providing practical support and strategies to create positive change and enable you to live your life the way you want to. For many years I worked in the NHS with people who have a different thinking style: Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia. A different way of thinking can be a big positive, but it can create organisational, sensory and anxiety/self esteem pressures. It can be really valuable to work through how to scaffold these areas. My specialism with neurodiversity means I can use therapy to enhance the positive aspects of having a different way of thinking. We can also think together to find practical ways to scaffold areas which are more difficult. I use a integrative approach to provide therapy focusing on managing anxiety, building self esteem and managing transitions and life milestones. I will help you achieve your life goals. Please do look at my website to find out more and email me with an outline of your issue. Currently I am offering telephone appointments and online sessions via Zoom and Skype. I’ve gained fantastic experience working online with clients throughout the UK and internationally. It’s been incredibly positive to have people’s feedback that online psychology sessions allow the flexibility to arrange therapy at a time and place that completely suits you. Working together online means you can access specialist solution-focused, positive support.
