Full session lasts 90 minutes and costs £90 or you can make a saving when booking a block of 6 sessions at £450.
Short session last 30 minutes and cost £50 or you can make a saving when booking a block of 6 sessions at £270.
Often clients start with a block of 6 full sessions and then have a combination of short and full sessions depending on their individual needs.
