My approach is holistic and I help people to look at what triggers their emotional health. We do have an additional service alongside CBT if you wish to have an overall picture so I look at things like diet, and use alternative understanding of the body via looking at sleep, diet lifestyle.
I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for anxiety, depression,generalised anxiety disorder,feelings of sadness, panic attacks, low self esteem, OCD, phobia, emotophobia, social anxiety ,health anxiety, cultural issues impacting mental health and long term health conditions that impact mental health, in a non- judgmental, open and honest way to help you navigate through your emotions.
I have studied CBT in Staffordshire university in 2012 and completed the Post Graduate Diploma in cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
