Our mission is to create a reliable review system for the healthcare industry so that you can make informed and successful decisions regarding your health. When making an online purchase, the majority of consumers will refer to a product review before making their final decision. The healthcare industry is lacking a reliable review system, making it difficult to fully research available options before committing to something. This means you will often have to experiment with your healthcare before you find the right approach, which can be time-consuming and expensive.
We believe that investing in your health should not be solely based on trial and error
We want to provide as much information as possible regarding your options to reduce the amount of time you spend experimenting with your healthcare. Our review system will help you make informed decisions to yield positive results.
To make our vision a reality, we are using the Short Assessment of Patient Satisfaction (SAPS) survey to standardise patient feedback. The short, anonymous survey has seven items measuring treatment satisfaction, explanation of treatment results, clinician care, participation in medical decision making, respect by the clinician, time with the clinician, and satisfaction with hospital/clinic care. We use this data to compile the rating metrics outlined below. Survey submissions undergo rigorous data quality checks to ensure we are providing a review system you can trust.

It’s important to us that we represent the voice of those seeking support. We therefore aim to provide reliable, client-reported data for all fields of the healthcare and wellbeing industries. In order for us to grow our vision, we would encourage clients to review any practitioners introduced via the Private Practice Hub Directory, so that their experience can help others in finding the right healthcare practitioner.
In addition to completing the SAPS survey, we also encourage clients to review their practitioners in writing to give prospective clients all the necessary information to make an informed decision.
